Step 2:

Step 3:
Select Condominium Unit Number from Plan Book.(Click to view PDF)
Sign the Subscription Agreement (Click to view PDF), the Lease Agreement (Click to view PDF) and the Operating Agreement.  (Click to view PDF)

Step 4:
Send Attorney Fee Agreement to selected US attorney for legal services.
Send all immigration related I-526 documents to US attorney for filing.  

Step 5:
Wire transfer final escrow remittance: $500,000.00 to project escrow account at RBC Bank. (Click to view PDF)

Step 6:
Await I-526 application file review by US government.

Step 7:
Complete interview, health check, and financial document.

Step 8:
Receive Immigrant VISA approval.

Step 9:
Travel to the U.S.A  Receive green card approval for conditional residency and enter US.
